I recently graduated from UC Berkeley (GO BEARS!) in 2008 with a B.A. in Mass Communications. I now find myself taking that theory and interest in media and turning it into applicable job experience!

I have finally moved back up to San Francisco after being back at home in Orange County for the past year. I’m currently working remotely as the Community Content Manager for Weplay.com, a start up online youth sports community, while I continue my job search. Having experience in email marketing, SEO, content moderation, video production, community management, and customer support, I am now looking for a position in Interactive Media Production, Digital Marketing, and/or Online Communities.

Over the past year I have been diving head first into new media, developing skills in online video production, editing, and marketing via social media. For the past six months I was the producer for a live, weekly, comedy talk-show, Live! From the Future. I managed our weekly production schedule, including marketing the show via social media, booking guests, and cutting weekly highlight clips for our podcast. I also helped design and launch the show’s website! While I was sad to leave when I moved, I’ve continued to watch Tuesdays @ 8PM on thestream.tv, and you should too!
