Meet Lauren

I have spent my career building and scaling high performing teams at a variety of tech start-ups in the Bay Area.

After spending 13 years cultivating the next phase of leaders within the corporate environment, I discovered my natural passion and gift for coaching.

Through my coaching & leadership development programs, I help ambitious leaders design and live out their most fulfilling lives.

I work with my clients to identify growth areas, get unstuck, and amplify their natural strengths to generate confidence, a clear plan and accountability to take their ideas into action.

Before starting my business, I was an executive leader myself, working my way up from a high achieving individual to first-time Manager, Director, and eventually VP, leading a global team of 35+.

As a Tech Exec in Silicon Valley, I navigated and led my teams through mergers & acquisitions, reorgs, and tons of turbulence inside the rapidly changing start-up environment. Working within sales orgs across five start-ups has given me a deep understanding for the resilience, grit, and drive required to build businesses.

There’s no gatekeeping here! I've made it my mission to share the exact elements that helped me get promoted 6 times in 7 years over my 15 year career in tech, so you can use them to accelerate in your own leadership journey.

I like to keep it real and I bring my practical work experience with me into my coaching.

My coaching methods are grounded in the co-active model, which lays a foundation on your core values & purpose, calls forth your best self, and evokes powerful transformation in how you show up and what you can create — in both your professional and personal life. We work together to bring out who you need to become to achieve your desires and create a life lived on purpose.

I am a native Californian and live in San Francisco, savoring the beautiful bay views as often as I can. I have a B.A. in Mass Communications from The University of California, Berkeley and completed my coach training & certification (CPCC) through The Co-active Training Institute.

The prestigious Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation is the most rigorous and respected in the industry with 104 hours of required coursework to complete. Accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Co-Active coach training program is considered the gold standard of coaching by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that has linked the Co-Active model to evidence-based scientific research.

I feel more empowered, confident, and stronger making decisions with my intuition. Lauren provides a safe space to express myself, allowing me to find so much clarity through our sessions.
